Unwanted hair growth

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am a 30 year old female. I had PCOS during my teenage, and with constant treatment, I outgrew the condition. Although all other problems resolved, I developed hair growth on face and under chin. Also, I have hair growth on abdomen and lower back. Although I wax, the hair grows back very rapidly. Kindly advise.
