I have my last period on 29th August, I had unprotected sex on 12th sept morning and take unwanted 72 on 13 sept afternoon but didn't get any withdrawal blood or my period also has not come yet.

Do a pregnancy test, if negative, wait for few days more as ipill can cause irregular periods. Ipill has failure rate of 5-10%
