Unusual sensations in throat area.
Hello doctors! Since last 2 days im having a lump in throat sensation which sometimes travels from left side to middle of throat. I feel off trying to drink water . I do not have any heart burns . Since today morning ive noticed burping more than usual and sometimes it feels as if food or water i ate or drank is coming out. Today evening i felt as if acid is coming out as i burped and so i took a rantac. Im not sure if the rest of symptoms are related or not but ive also been expirencing pain mild around throat muscles and neck and shoulders. I feel unusally hungry or even nausea sometimes. I used to have severe chest pains very very often for nearly everday untill few days since ive not been expirencing it all that often. I have been expiriencing low saliva formation and dry mouth as well. Please help me. 🙏🙏

Your symptoms point towards an acid reflux disease (GERD). It could be due to having meals at improper timings, or skipping meals or having spicy food often and sometimes due to stress too. My suggestion would be eat healthy meals with less spice and have it at the same time everyday. Don't skip any meals. Keep yourself hydrated consciously, by drinking atleast 2 litres of water everyday. For treatment, connect with me.

Pls get a fibre optic laryngoscopy (FOL) done to look for any pathology in your throat. Avoid rich and spicy food till you get a proper diagnosis of your problem, take Tab Pantocid DSR once early morning empty stomach for 10days. Pain in the neck and shoulders can be due to misalignment while sleeping due to the pillow. Pls consult after getting your reports done for a proper diagnosis and treatment according to your complaints and history.
