Unusual Period Symptoms

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am having my periods but this time symptoms are different from usual ones. I am feeling constant pain in my abdomen and also my belly has swollen. The major change which is concerning me is the flow rate ,it's really low this time with a lot of clots. PS: Am not pregnant
