Unusual pain in stomach and behind belly

I'm feeling sudden pain in stomach above belly area but after passing stool it goes for a while normally if my stomach is upset it lasts only for few hours but this pain shoots on different intervals first it occurred on Sunday and then on Tuesday. Also I noticed period like discharge today though my period got over on 1st march. Last month i was diagnosed by urethritis had severe pain in the urethra but with medications it got better. Also I'm facing bloating stomach problem. My age is 27 weight is 51 and height is 161cm. Before urethritis was detected i used to feel a tingling sensation behind my belly and i still feel that sometimes, i never had acne before in my life but i have got acne on both my cheeks last month after urethritis. Sometimes i feel a very mild pain while urinating and also experience itching down there. I'm worried about my condition. Please help me find answer to my concerns. Are these concerns indicating anything serious? Please help!
