Unusual menstrual bleeding

Asked for Female, 36 Years

This month 1st time in my entire life I have been experience unusual menstrual bleeding. Generally it's last for 3 to 4, smooth flow but it was terrible bleeding on day one and experiencing same on day 5 with severe abdominal pain. Please advice is it really concern that I should put forward?
