Unusual dreams and bleeding

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Hi, this may sound really strange but it's shaken me up quite a bit. Last night I dreamt I was forced to have an abortion (I'm not pregnant) and I woke up this morning with stomach cramps and vaginal bleeding, which has now stopped.
