Unusual Breast Pains

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I've been having unusual breast pains for a month now. There are random shooting pains. Sometimes on the right but mostly in the left. Also, it goes until my underarm and small lumps. Sometimes, there's random swelling of my feet also. I'm on my 3rd month of taking a pill to regulate my mens. Could all these symptoms just side effects of the pill?
