Unusual armpits lumps detected

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am unable to get what issue exactly is and where should i look for. While i went for underarms waxing the beautician noticed and said to visit to doctor once as i have unusual armpit than other customer , instead of being flat it is bit outer .. i dont know to whom should i consult is that a sign of cancer or TB .. i am very scared and before consulting to doc should ilook for any test that gives a complete relief.
