Unsure if pregnant. Do you suggest i do?

I had sex two days after my period ended . The day I had intercourse was on the 8th of April and it was unprotected and the next day which was the 9th day I took postinor 2 which is the morning after pill . I took the first pill by 2:58pm and I read that the second pill was to be taken between the 12th to 16th hour after the first , unfortunately I fell asleep but woke up by 6:30am and took the second pill and this was not up to 16 hours after the first . Today is the 19th of April and I'm meant to see my next period on the 5th of may. I have been feeling a bit funny, I hsusally urinate a lot but I find myself urinating more or better still, unable to hold my pee for long . I also feel like I have a bit of nausea but I'm not sure if this is paranoia or it's actually happening and lastly my tummy rumbles every now and then. It doesn't ache , it just rumbles a bit . I don't know if I should take a pregnancy test just yet or wait to see if my period comes . What do you suggest I do?
