Unstable walk with pelvic cramps
I am feeling unstable walk with low blood pressure, pelvic cramps, very little breast tenderness, had my last menstrual period on 2nd February, then I got my periods on 2nd March but just for a day and was very light and watery. Got my home urine pregnancy test, beta hcg test and pelvic ultrasound test and everything was negative. Can you suggest me what is it?

If you feel u are hvng reduced flow in your periods and symptoms like this get a TSH level done in fasting as it could be due to thyroid disorders. Also get a general blood workup including CBC done
