Unsettled stomach

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I was having typhoid in February this year. Typhoid got cured by medication but because of antibiotics my stomach got unsettled. It is still persisting. I poop for 3-4 times a day. Stool is loose than normal.loosing weight. But the is no fever or something. Feel mild pain in lower left abdomen occasionally.
