Unprotected sex
She had unprotected sex last month and took a contraceptive medicine. Within 10 days she had periods with a heavy flow. This month she had her periods but the flow was very light and it was for 3 days. She again had unprotected sex this month after 6th day of periods. Is it a good sign? Or should she test for pregnancy?

Most likely she isnt pregnant given the history. Some people have withdrawal bleeding after taking EC. If she has had periods on time then likelihood of her conceiving from previous exposure is less. However exposure in this cycle can lead to conception. She should take an EC again with in 72 hours of unprotected sex to avoid that. If much time has passed then wait for periods and if they dont show up do a pregnancy test. Taking Emergency contraceptive pill repeatedly can harm your reproductive and menstrual health
