My case is a bit sensitive because it's about something sexual. I had sex for the first time yesterday and we didn't use a condom. He pulled out before coming but I'm still quite paranoid. Yesterday was my 5th day on period btw. I'm 19. And I'm actually considering to take a morning after pill just to make sure. Please help me on this

Was it fifth day of your cycle or 5th day of bleeding? I don't think you require any medicines.
If you are so paranoid and scared, why won't you consider using protection?
I don't think you can be pregnant.
Consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
