My baby is 7 months and he is on breast feed we had unprotected sex yesterday n i have taken unwanted 72 last night. Can i breastfeed my baby ??Does it effect my baby please guide

Yes. You can breastfeed your baby.
But since you are likely to have irregular periods during the lactation period it is better to use an Intrauterine contraceptive device for the time being (instead of taking emergency contraception repeatedly).
