I have already 2 much sex but all the time i gave ipill since 3 or 4 months and she was having periods twice a month since 2 months. but this month after her period i had unprotected sex with her now what to do

I can understand your concern.
Quit having unprotected sex or even better would be to quit spoiling her health by having sex with her altogether.
That would be best.
Or may be using your brain sometimes would be better.
You will get away but she will have to suffer.
