I had unprotected sex with my gf on 22 Oct multiple times and I had given her unwanted 72 on 23 Oct in morning .7 days passed yet she doesn't bleed. What is the chances of bleeding after taking unwanted 72 .is their any risk ? What to do now ?

If her period is delayed by over 7 days she needs to do a urine pregnancy test. Irregular bleeding is common after the ipill but this is no guarantee of its Acton in preventing an unwanted pregnancy. If you are planning to continue in this Sexual relationship she needs to use reliable contraception like the oral contraceptive pills and you need to use condoms as well
