Unprotected sex. Get my regular period?

I had unprotected sex on 3 aug. My period end on 2nd aug i was hving little flow on 3rd aug also. My normal cycle is 32+ days. I took unwanted 72 after 1.5 hrs of having sex. I had eaten papaya on 6 aug and 7 aug .after taking pill i get light flow on 10 aug and blood spotting for 3 more days, after few days on 23 aug i get sticky red brown colour blood clots discharge once a day for 4 consecutive days. I was dng little exercise after this i stopped it.I did pregnancy test on 28aug and 1 sep it is negative. I am again having dat red blood clots discharge from 2sep (once a day)  with mild bloating pain. Are thr any chances of pregnancy? Do i need to consult a doctor? Are thr any complications? Is this blood clotting normal? When i wll get my regular period?
