Unprotected sex & chances of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I had sex on 1st september which was the 10th day of my periods. I took i pill after 5 hours of unprotected sex and it was my 1st time. Had severe headache & cramps for 2 days then. I got my periods again on 25thsept but bleeding was too less than usual and the colour was reddish brown. But since the 8th day my bleeding got heavy & today I am on my 13th day of periods. Is there anything to worry? Shall I go for a urine pregnancy test at home and is only the morning urine accurate for this test?
