Unprotected Oral Sex
This has happened first time and I am really guilty about it. I had an unprotected oral sex with a woman I barely know. She had put my penis in her mouth for one minute where I ejaculated. Before that she put her finger in her vagina and licked it. I am really worried if I am at risk of any STD's? Is HIV a risk in oral sex? Do I need to watch out for any symptoms or get any tests done?

Hi, I understand your concern. The risk of transmission of HIV through oral sex is relatively much less compared to other means of sexual interactions. Transmission from a single episode is also low. Put together, your risks are low, but cannot be ruled out. So, wait for about 6 weeks and get a 4th generation Elisa test for HIV. Second, the risk for other infections (from Candidiasis to HCV) are still there. For some, you have to wait until symptoms appear or seroconversion takes place. Testing depends on how many days elapsed since the exposure.
Next Steps
See an STD specialist. If one is not available near you, see a dermatologist.
