I had unprotected sex with my wife on 18 Sep and she's not on her periods yet her periods due was on 20 Sep she says her periods gets delayed by 1 week every month Her last period ended on 13 Aug After sex she feels cramps on left side near kidney

Thank you for your question.
You may be lucky if she gets her period and she is not pregnant. Right now it is too late for any emergency contraception.
If her period is delayed by more than 7 days please do a urine pregnancy test and see a gynaecologist if it is positive. If her period comes and is normal still consult a gynaecologist to seek advice regarding reliable contraception. Condoms are good for preventing infection but the actual failure rate for preventing pregnancy is higher than acceptable.
