Unintended Pregnancy
My wife, aged 31 yrs, is a nursing mother for a 3 months old boy baby and is regularly breastfeeding him. This is her second child. She had her first periods ever after child birth, last week approx 7 to 8 days ago. Yesterday we were involved in unprotected sex, which we regret now, as both of us doesn't want another pregnancy at such a short interval. Will she get pregnant again? Given this condition what is the best we can do to avoid pregnancy jus incase? I would highly appreciate an  expert advise on the subject matter.

After 45 days of child birth ovulation resumes and there is a chance of pregnancy even if she is breast feeding. Nothing can be done now. Do a urine test if she misses her period. Use protection hence forth.
