Unicornuate Uterus with small cavity
One of my known has unicornuate uterus...left side fully developed and right side non communicating...
After hysteroscopy doctors says that cavity is very small...
It will be difficult to conceive...
But as a layman we always wants to question that if a normal uterus can bear 3-4 babies then why a small cavity uterus can't bear a single child?
Egg development is ok...
What can we do to conceive...as she has gone through one failed ivf transfer

She can also conceive.
If one half of the uterus has a cavity and it is communicating with the Cervix and fallopian tube then your "known" can also conceive.
