Unexpected periods with swelled legs

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My last period cycle ended on ,27th Nov. After that I had unprotected intercourse with my partner. I used ipill as the emergency pill on 2nd December. On 9th December I got my periods again with very heavy flow. Stomach ache is unbearable and my legs are swelled . Should I see a doctor. When should I expect my next period?
