I am 12 years old girl and my teeth are unevenly arranged so my dentist has suggested me braces and for that she has decided to pull out two of my teeth from upper jaw and and 2 from lower jaw so is it okay to get my teeth pulled out

It all.depends on your alignment of teeth. if we have sufficient space to align your teeth generally we dont advice extraction.
Let's take a simple e.g if we have crowded chairs in a room and space is less we need to remove few chairs from the room to accommodate other chairs neatly in the room...same is your case...
