Yes. Braces can be done at any age as long as the bone condition is good. I am glad you have thought of taking this positive step. Adults have different requirements for braces - they need more aesthetic options such that their social and professional life is not disturbed. Fortunately many such options are available - ceramic braces, and lingual braces for example. As for the price in Kolkotta - I have no idea, because I practice in Mumbai.
