Uneasyness Breathing

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My wife is facing this issue since past few months. She feels heavy Weight on her chest and has complaints of uneasiness in breathing. She also feels pain in her throat while cough. Please suggest me which type of doctor I should consult and if there's any lady doctor preferably available in Ahmedabad city.
