Undiagnosed Tremors
Can Parkinson's be ruled out as a diagnosis based off of a non-contrast MRI? I am a young adult with tremors in my right hand... among other problems. I take Sinemet, and it controls the tremor. My neurologist said that she doesn't believe it's YOPD because my MRI was normal. Should I bother getting a second opinion?

Definitely you can go for second opinion. Consult a movement disorders specialist.
