Hello, I am 28 year old, and weight is 54 kg, height 5'6''. So I want to gain weight at least 65-70 kg so please suggest me the way that i can use easily without any harm on my body. I did not use any food supplement throughout my life. would i go to gym to develop my body and muscles?. please help me. Thank you.

I understand your concern. For gaining weight have a heavy dinner with cereals, proteins like dal, rajma, labia, Chana or chhole, or if non veg then eggs, fish or lean meat. Keep yourself hydrated. Have nutritious heavy home made drinks like milk shakes n fruit smoothies. Do proper exercises under guidance. If required get a customized diet plan for your issue from any of us.
