Undertook Blood+Hiv Test After 9 Months - I Had Throat Infection

Undertook blood+HIV test after 9 Months

I had throat infection and few skin red spots. So to be on safer side, I undertook routine blood test and 3rd generation HIV test after having last intercourse 9-10 months back, out of window period. It showed Not reactive negative. Is it conclusive? Or should I be worried? Thank you in advance
