Understand semen analysis

Question

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I am a male, 29 years old. My semen analysis returned a value of 2ml semen, 70 million/ml. 45% rapid progression, 20% sluggish progression and 35% non progressive. I am able to understand all these but it also has one line REACTION: ACIDIC. Please help me understand what it means. Also it says there are 5-6 pus cells hpf. Is it alright?
