Under homeopathy treatment for cancer
I'm residing in bangalore and My father aged 72 is living in Chennai. He's taking homeopathy medicine for cancer (intermediate grade) for the past 20 days. For the past two days he had severe pain in the urethra and unable to control urinating. So doctor asked to stop the medicine for few days and gave another medicine. Now after taking this medicine last night, he's unable to urinate from the morning. He has taken some OTC medicine ( allopathy). Now he's having vomiting too. The situation is worse. Since its Sunday, they are unable to reach the homeopathy doctor in person nor in telephone. Can someone please advise in this regard.

Given your father’s current condition – severe urethral pain, inability to pass urine since morning, and now vomiting – this situation requires immediate medical attention. Urine retention along with vomiting can indicate an acute complication, and delaying treatment may worsen his condition. Please do not give any more medicines (homeopathic or OTC) without supervision. Homeopathy is helpful, but in acute emergencies like urinary retention, it is important that he is evaluated in person by a nearby doctor or taken to the nearest emergency/urgent care so the cause can be assessed and relieved quickly. Your father’s safety is the priority right now. Please arrange immediate medical help.”
Next Steps
Once he is stabilised, you can follow up with me for further management.

Since your father is having severe pain, vomiting, and difficulty passing urine, this needs urgent medical attention. Even if you are not with him, please ask a family member or neighbour near him to take him to the nearest hospital/ER immediately. Urine retention at this age should not be managed at home. Once he is stable, you can consult me online for further guidance regarding his ongoing homeopathic treatment.

Hello. I’m truly sorry to hear what your father is going through. A 72-year-old with an intermediate-grade cancer already has a sensitive system, and when severe urinary symptoms suddenly appear — such as urethral pain, inability to control urine, and now complete retention with vomiting — it indicates that the body is under significant distress and needs immediate attention. Homeopathic medicines work beautifully, but in cancer cases, and especially where the urinary system is involved, the body can sometimes produce an acute reaction, and we must respond carefully. Urine retention + vomiting is a medical emergency. Whether it is due to prostate enlargement, blockage, infection, or reaction, delaying may worsen his condition. My sincere advice: Since he is unable to pass urine since morning, he needs immediate evaluation, at least a basic scan or emergency catheterization to relieve the pressure. After this acute phase is stabilized, homeopathic treatment can continue safely. I can help you with guidance right now I am Dr. Jyoti Kadkol, Homeopathic Physician with 23+ years of experience treating chronic diseases, including cancer support, prostate issues, urinary retention, and pain management — patients consult me from Bangalore, Chennai, all over India, and internationally. Once his acute situation is handled, we can: Re-evaluate his current homeopathic medicines Understand whether the aggravation came from the earlier remedy Find a safer, individualized cancer-support protocol Address urinary complaints, nausea, weakness, and pain Support his immunity, energy, digestion, and mental/emotional state Your father does not have to suffer like this With the correct individualized treatment, we can help: Reduce urinary pain & discomfort ,Improve urine flow Prevent retention Reduce vomiting and weakness Support long-term cancer management Improve his quality of life at this age You may contact me directly for guidance www.healthglobalclinics.com Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Bangalore You can also check my: Google Reviews (search “Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Vijayanagar”) Instagram & Facebook

This is a medical emergency. Immediately cathetherise the patient. Vomiting is a sign of severe urinary infection. After cathetherisation, to prevent recurrency you may continue homoeopathy as earlier.
