  4. Under arm rashes 4months baby boy. Do.

Under arm rashes 4months baby boy
My 4 months old son having under arm rashes(looks like reddish color) in right hand. My pediatrician gave candid cream but no use still rashes increased and little bit water also coming in that area. Tried home remedy coconut oil and aloe Vera gel no use, pls let me know what need to do.
