Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If you have a uncircumcised penis, tgere is no problem. But if you have some conditions in which you are not able to retract the foreskin all the way back, then its a problem.
Such a condition is called phimosis.
Also note that not all males undergo circumcision but lead a very normal sexual life.
