Uncontrollable hypoglycemia

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I eat 5 times a day with sugar tablets 3 times a day. I monitor my blood sugar, but after eating a full meal and 2 sugar tabs my sugar is between 140- 150. After abot 10-20 minutes it drops to 45-69. They said to go to an endocrinologist, so I'm waiting on a appointment. I sometimes pass out and go unconscious for a few seconds. Any suggestion
