Uncomfortable pain in testicles

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have uncomfortable pain in my testicles for now almost three months. Pain comes and goes. Pain is moving, one day it's in left testicle, other days it's in right testicles. I went to the doctor, prostate exam, urine test and ultrasound exam was fine and doctor prescribed ciprofloxacin for 10 days. During treatment the pain was almost gone. Tomorrow is the last of treatment and pain is back. I dont want go back to the doctor, is there something I can get from pharmacy?
