Two week back i suffer with cold and cough, still cough is coming .. last one week on wards i am getting huge Belch and not feeling hungry, and feeling stomach is full and tight, last Thursday on wards felling giddiness and tiredness, Still cough is coming . Please suggests

You can try simple antacid medications such as Syrup GAVISCON 2 spoons theee times a day for 2-3 days along with Tab RAZO D one tablet before breakfast for 5 days. If still not better, consult a nearest physician
