Uncircumcised enquiries. Wrong with me?

I woke up one morning about 2 weeks ago and felt a tingle at the tip of my penis. No pain whatsoever. A few days later, I felt an odd feeling in my groin and I was rather confused. I assumed it was nothing and dismissed it as random side effects from not working out anymore especially since I'm uncircumcised. The dull but odd feeling would come and go and the tingle in my penis did disappear but then yesterday, besides noticing how sensitive my penis had gotten, I noticed that I had a very small amount of clear discharge and I'm freaking out. I have no fatigue, no fevers, no chills, no blood's coming out nor do I have a rash nor do I have a growth. I'd have gone to visit the clinic here but I'm waiting for my allowance so I'm currently stuck. I'm honestly freaking out and I'm so confused. I haven't had sex in 4 or 5 months so I don't understand what's going on. Should I get circumcised? What's wrong with me?
