Hello, I'm 25 years, and working from home. Using mobile or laptop almost 24/7. I m sleep deprived since childhood, but now I dont even get 4-5hrs sleep a day. And it makes me lazy and irritated all the time.
Im looking forward for some sleeping pills or medicines which can help for atleast 8 hours peaceful sleep.
Also please suggest me which department/option should I choose while starting a chat with personal doctor regarding the above matter.
