Asked for Male, 30 Years

Am married and it's been 1 year and half we participate daily still my wife don't concieve I have checked my sperm count is 157 millions doctor said it's good count need not worry .1 I think my wife not satisfied because I cum very soon is it necessary to become pregnant she should be satisfied ? 2.once a day we participate second time sprem don't realise what to do is it important to participate more then once in a day to conceive? 3.what should I do get more sprem volume
