Unable to Masterbate with Penile pain.

I had never masterbated in my life till this week, around 5 days back. Whenever I watch porn, I had an erection but the head does not came out of foreskin. Although without erection, I can easily pull the foreskin back to brought the head without any pain. But on erection with the head pulled out (by myself, as I told earlier), it is painfull. But without pulling out head (by myself, since it's not out by itself) it's not painfull. My first masterbation is without pulling out the head. Now, everytime I try to masterbate, I can feel something inside my penis but it results in urination. I now, has an urge to urinate very frequently each day. Also I have a very tingly feeling inside my penis which goes down to anus via the side (I think, maybe). Need your advice, sir...
