Unable to have sexual intercourse

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I got married to my boyfriend 6 months ago after a relationship of 5 years. We have been physically active since the beginning but when it comes to sex, despite of numerous attempts especially in the last 6 months, we have been unable to have sexual intercourse. I am able to insert my finger, he has tried this too, but it is extremely painful as I tend to tighten my muscles. We have also used lubricant to ease the pain while penetrating but that wasn't really helpful. We haven't stopped trying, but then the pain doesn't let him penetrate. I haven't taken any medical advice in the past. However, now I strongly feel the need. Please help us on this.
