Unable to get full and hard erection

Unable to get full and hard erection and lack of desire. since 8 years i was feeling it, but it was quite ok so i didn't take it seriously. and now condition is worst, just few month back on 2nd march i got a storke (as per doctor its intrapointine hemrage) and currently i am taking medicine which are as below RANCI TRIO - 2 TIMES MINIPRESS XL 25 MG - 2 TIMES
