Visit an Orthodontist near by and he will guide you. Also check for mouth breathing habit. Any which was in such cases the earliest treatment could be started only at around 8!years

Such cases need orthodontic intervention. Visit an orthodontist for expert opinion. But yes the treatment will begin after she gets her permanent teeth erupted in mouth mainly in the front region. Don't worry this is absolutely correctable. Not just metal braces nowadays several other methods which are more aesthetic like clear aligners are also there to correct such cases.

visit an orthodontist

Hi!! If ur child is Unable to close mouth, their could be many reasons of it, one short upper lips or probably she might be a mouth breather. If so I need to see a Pediatric dentist and rule out to avoid further future problems of the anterior teeth.

Namaskaram, Your kid is at a age where some of her temporary teeth are replaced with the permanent ones . This is called the Mixed dentition period. In this age she will have some teeth which are slightly structurally and functionally different from her temporary teeth . You can consult an orthodontist who can run a clinical examination and suggest you with a couple of x rays as how her permanent teeth are placed and the need for treatment for the best smile . Team Shambhala.
