Unable to breastfed
Hello doctor my baby is 5 days old my breast got very tight it is full of milk i think it os called breast engorgment i got my baby through c section and i fed my baby 3 day of operation he is unable to suck my milk and my nibbles also not taking proper shape and also ducts are block plz help my baby is crying like hell for milk

Do hot v water bag fomentation and express milk manually or by by pump. It may hurt , so you may take a painkiller before doing that. Very important be to let the milk out and make the engorgement settle down, otherwise it may lead to fever, infection (abscess) . You can feed the expressed milk to baby.

Take warm water and Cotten handkerchief to clean the nipple tips and then express the milk to open the ducts. Try to latch the baby and support the baby properly while sucking
