Umblical hernia in infants
My 3 month old baby has umblical hernia from last month. The swelling in belly button sometimes goes back but sometimes not into the abdominal cavity. However no pain. In Usg also no obstructions has been seen. But some doc asked me to go for surgery. Others told me to wait for atleast 2 yrs. What can i do

95% of umbilical hernia resolve by 1 year of age. Wait till that age,unless of course,there are symptoms like vomiting or not passing stool and abdominal distension.
