Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi! I got my urine and blood test done yesterday.Both showed positive.B hcg levels were 179. However i was having pain in whole abdomenal area so i went for ultrasound.Report showed the presence of fluid filled sac in uterus and mild fluid in cul de sac.im quite depressed as if there is a chance of ectopic or it will be normal.?Dr has suggeested another ultrasound after two weeks.Now it is of 5 weeks.This is my first experience .please help me out in this .

After second report of ultrasonography it will be confirmed.Get done Bhcg again and compare the reports .If value is double after 48 hours means no pregnancy.In ectopic pregnancy also value is increasing but not much.
