This Ultrasound is incomplete and not helping with the patients condition. You should get some Blood tests done - LFT, KFT, S. Amylase & S. Lipase Till then, start taking an Antacid and review with the reports.

This ultrasound scan report is non contributory as far as digestive symptoms are concerned. That's why it is better not to go for Tele-consultation in each and every case. It is much better to consult with a General Physician in your area. Get the investigations and start the treatment. If not satisfied , you can always seek a second opinion on Practo.
