Asked for Female, 22 Years

What does the ultrasound reports says? I felt movements in my stomach and strong stomach beat and which discharge since the past 3 days. Nause for past two days May period from 3-17 spotting June period 17-23.what could be the reason why I feel stomach movement. I suspect pregnancy but there's nothing on ultrasound
