Ultrasound of testicles

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I just performed an ultrasound last night and found out 2 issues can u please tell me is that common or should i visit another doctor 1, mild varicocele on left side 2, a simple cyst 12 x 11mm in head of right epididymis then down was written normal rest of the scrotal sonography please guide me on this.
